Latin America has traditionally imported more MBA graduates than it produces; with little cross-border movement from those who it do study there. As a result, there are a relatively low number of business schools in the region that have been able to develop a strong international reputation, forming a striking contrast with Asia, which a decade ago was in similar position. However, as the region grows economically and the MBA becomes more entrenched as a qualification, this by no means will remain the case.
MBA Latin America should focus on schools and so economic growth will be much higher.
